Introduction to NLP
Co-created by Richard Bandler in the late 1970's, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has been continually developed in the years since and can be used for anything, from curing phobias to correcting behavioural difficulties.
How it works
NLP is the practise of understanding how people organise their thinking, feelings, language and behaviour. It allows us to understand 'how' we do something and not 'why'. From the moment we are born (and perhaps before?) we become programmed by our responses to others and develop our own strategies to cope with what life throws at us. NLP enables us to make changes to those unwanted, not appropriate programmes and uses the power of language to change the way we feel and react to situations.
NLP is a process by which a wide range of problems can be resolved very quickly and easily.
I often use NLP processes during trance as the two processes together offer a powerful and quick resolution to many problems.
